OTC (Off The Cuff) is a Northern Virginia based Improv/Comedy Troupe dedicated to making everybody laugh. It is "PG-13" and for ages 13+. The unique combination of improv and sketch comedy creates the perfect comedy show for teenagers and adults alike!
